Background : Hilary Herscher has over 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, operations and management. Formerly, Mr. Herscher was Director of Business Development for Bertelsmann Media Worldwide. At Bertelsmann, he focused on corporate investment opportunities, strategy and turnaround for the company’s television, publishing and music businesses in the United States, Europe and Asia. Prior to this, Mr. Herscher was a marketing executive for Random House, the largest English language publisher in the world. Mr. Herscher received his B.A. at McGill University and his M.B.A. from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. |
